Very hard! Steep ups, techy downs. 13th (2 ladies beat me)

2nd place! Some obstacles were gravelly underneeth, wrecked knees and elboes. Water splashes were not too cold

Quick run up the 'mountain' next to the campsite. Very pleasant run, cool wind blowing around the campsite so I wore the blue windproof top, but by the time I was on the top I was far too hot. Had to walk up the very steepest bits at the top, but otherwise a good run. Now to beat the time next time...

A run up the 'mountain' near Whitesands beach. Very pleasent running around the headland, up the side of the mountain. Concrete pathway to the first summit, then a bit of a scramble and a tiny bit of 'climbing' onto the very top. Views for miles and miles, then back down the quick way. Nothin hurt, but after the run my left foot is sensitive inside between the toes, think the slapping of the feet coming down the hill and road havent done any good.
