Ran to work (and around the bay) this morning, so had to run home too

All good, though my normal blue cycling rucsac rubbed my neck raw

No probs, not sure why I slowed down so much after half way - or is it that the gps is shite?

Another good run, happy

Fastest ever run home! DIdn't set off with that intention, just felt good running. Only had tiny camelback with phone and watch. Got stung by something after 2 miles, on my arm under the rucsac strap - thought I was on fire it hurt so much.

Run home in the rain - all good

Good run home from work. Had small black camelback with phone/keys/wallet. Shorts and t-shirt, felt fine. Happy with the pace

Last run before Cardiff half marathon on Sunday. No bag (left it at work) and everything felt fine. I'd had a soreish kneww all week but didnt feel a thing during the run. My right ankle is a slight bit sore afterwards.

Quite a hard run really; swam 2.2k this morning, cycled 15 miles today... Had rucsac on for the run which doesnt help. No problems

Definately felt tried on this run. Again nothing specific, just tired limbs. Warm and very humid too!

This morning I'd cycled 14 miles, ran to work in second quickest time ever, and swam 1k, so to get home in 4th quickest time is pretty good. Lowest hr for speed too (commute at least).

Was wearing stuff from this morning, so hh freeze top and bottoms, fox cycle shorts and black lg cycle top, thing gloves and windproof skull cap. Comfortable. Was wearing usual work rucsac with swim stuff in etc

Cold again so wore black hh leggings under shorts, and black hh top under normal blue t-shirt, gloves and hat (shed at 1 mile again). Again not cold at all and sweating a lot when I got home. Got stopped by a traffic ilght after 0.5 miles for about 60 seconds. Other than that a normal run, again not slow but not super fast either. Left foot a bit sore (it was a little sore after this mornings run in), both the ball and the 2nd biggest toe. Wore usual work rucsac.

Next day went for a nearly 3 mile fast walk in Bute park, wearing Bare Access shoes, and the ball of my left foot is really quite sore on every step.

Not the fastest run, but not the hardest either. Lost 20+ seconds at traffic lights but other than that OK. Wore bare access but form wasnt great, lots of slappy feet and some heel landing too. Right calf is a bit sore after the run (has been sore after most runs recently to be honest). Left foot 2 troublesome toes also a little tender!

Moderate paced run home from work (after running in this morning wearing Bare access shoes). K2's feel massivley more cushioned than the Bare Access, in a nice way too! Decent pace really, considering I had my work rucsac boucing around on my back.

Aim was 150 hr, but was a little over that. Terrible day at work with things going wrong, had no breakfast (as I ran to work), and no lunch (no time), so only ate some fruit and some fruit-bread slices, and some birthday cake... Didnt feel bad running hom, just took it easy.

A tough run home after setting a new commute record 3 hours earlier. Very hot and sweaty run even though it wasnt especially warm. Ankles (more the top front of the foot really) quite sore after the run. My right lower leg felt 'funny' again during the run, not sore, just wierd.

3 hours after running to work I had to run home to pick up Dan. Still raining but warm so no jacket. Rucsac was lighter and I did it up tighter so it didnt bob so much. I didnt intend to run fast but it ended up a pretty good time (third fastest commute). Again no problems, actually felt surprisingly good. A nice run.

A fast run home in the rain. Got held up for 20 seconds or so at a traffic light so real moving speed was closer to 7:10. No foot pain during or after the run (other than the start of  a blister on the side of left foot behind the big toe), but my right knee was twinging after the run.

I still had sore feet from Saturdays run but wanted to get a short easy paced run in so ran home tonight. I'm quite bunged up with a head cold, sore throat etc so not feeling 100% but I kept my hr at or below 150, regardless of pace. The run was much easier than Saturdays, but then it was also much shorter and much slower paced. I wore my work rucsac to bring some stuff home and found it rubbed quite a lot which was a bit uncomfortable.

Feet were sore afterwards, and are still sore the next day...

Seemingly didnt properly start the Garmin when I started running, and didnt notice for the first mile or so, hence the made up data point at the start... otherwise a normal run, but with more of a hint of pain in my left foot, which lingers now after the run too...

Another good run, no pain anywhere (slight tightening of both calves immediately after the run but nothing really). Had to stop at traffic lights for about 25 seconds (right at the start of the second mile) so without that this would have been my fastest commute yet)

Nice run - good time and hr (no hold ups at any traffic lights at all), no pain anywhere during the run, feet were fine. Slight twinges in my left knee for half an hour after the run...

After nearly a week off to let me right foot stop being sore I did a nice slow run today. A small amount of pain in both feet during the run but not bad at all. I could walk normally after the run too, with no pain the following day.

fileextension 20111006 From work.gpx download  graph  Play in google mapsview in Bing maps view on os maps

I got caught by the traffic light again and had to wait 60 seconds before I could dash across the road. so the real pace would have been 17+ seconds faster than shown

fileextension 20111003 From work.gpx download  graph  Play in google mapsview in Bing maps view on os maps

A good time, but was actually even better - I had to stop at a traffic light for about 65 seconds, so could take 17 seconds off my pace.

First run home from work. Very warm weather (25+). My slowest run ever! Possibly due to the weather, more likely due to the uphill trend all the way home. I did start out intending to keep my hr at 150, but to keep it that low I was going barely faster than walking pace, and by the end I couldn't have gone much faster anyway.
