Swam ~1350 meters in Taff, road 7 laps of the road for 12.6 miles, then did this 5k run. Was happy to see the first mile just under 7min. Had to work reasonably hard to maintain that pace, but not terrible at all, a good run to end a sprint distance tri - happy. No probs
