Felt very comfortable when I first got them; feel very spongy now when I wear them (only for > 20 miles). The two toes beside the big toe on left foot are always sore after long runs, have blisters and blood blisters at the end of the toe and under the nail (toe nail dropped off the toe next to big toe after Llanneli marathon 2012, took 5 months to grow back to normal) |

Felt hard when I first got them (compared to the Vomero's) but have had no pain or issues from them. Longest run so far is 18 miles - no problems.
March 2013 @ 347 miles - noticed during my 2nd run today that on the right shoe, where the toe area creases above the little toe, the red outer material is ripped about an inch long. It must just be from the flexing on every step. |

Feel much cushier than the red ones (they'd done 285 miles when I did my first run in the black ones) |

Found these on Amazon dirt cheap (hence two pairs). First run was an easyish 10k around the park at lunch time (7:11 pace) - definately notice less cushioning than Kinvara, but cant say I definately noticed the 'zero-drop' (had sore ball on left foot and sore calf on right leg, but nothing too bad). |

I wanted some very minimal shoes to try; was going to get the Trail Glove but couldnt find it cheap (£70+) so these are the same sole but more solid non-permeable upper (and cheapest I could find)).
Even though these are same size as the perfectly fitting Bare Access, they feel a bit large to be honest, but I'll see how they go. |

Like wearing thick socks, you cannot heel stike at all - I suspect these are as close as you can get to running barefoot without actually risking skin damage running barefoot. Furthest run: 1.3 miles |

Saw these virtually half price so worth a try. So far feel great, but perhaps a size 8.5 would be better - I feel my feet moving inside when running down steep hills |
